Tarifs publics et formules
- Disponibilité des chambres : les chambres sont disponibles à partir de 15 heures et jusqu’à 11 heures le jour du départ.
- Le repas non pris de la demi-pension peut être compensé par un déjeuner ou panier repas dans la MEME JOURNEE mais ne fait l’objet d’aucune déduction.
- La formule choisie "demi-pension ou chambre et petit déjeuner" ne peut être modifiée en cours de séjour.
- Réductions : Lit de bébé : hébergement gratuit / repas en supplément.
- LIT SUPPLEMENTAIRE avec la Formule chambre et petit déjeuner : PAR NUIT : 30€
Les réservations ne sont considérées fermes qu’accompagnées d’un ACOMPTE d’une valeur égale à 30% du montant du séjour. L’acompte n’est déductible qu’en fin de séjour, à condition que celui-ci soit respecté intégralement. Pour toute réservation annulée, différée ou pour toute réduction de séjour, l’acompte pourra être retenu en fonction de la date d’annulation.

Conditions d’ANNULATION et Séjour ECOURTE
- Annulation J-15 : 100% acompte remboursé.
- Annulation entre J-15 et J-10 : paiement de la première nuit – la totalité de l’acompte versé.
- Annulation entre J-9 et J-6 : paiement de 60% des nuitées (limité à 5 nuitées au maximum) – la totalité de l’acompte versé. * Annulation entre J-5 et LE JOUR D'ARRIVEE : paiement de 100% des nuitées (limité à 5 nuitées au maximum) – la totalité de l’acompte versé.
Toute annulation doit être CONFIRMEE IMPERATIVEMENT par courrier, par fax ou par e-mail
- POUR TOUT SEJOUR ECOURTE OU ARRIVEE RETARDEE, L'INTEGRALITE DU SEJOUR PREVU CONFORMEMENT A LA CONFIRMATION ECRITE SERA DUE

RECLAMATIONS ET LITIGES :
